CRLab CNC Hair Replacement System Terms & Conditions

• 1. System Use
  The CNC system (“System”) is designed for professional use only. Users must follow all manufacturer instructions and our guidance for safe and effective operation. Improper use may reduce performance, cause damage, or create safety risks.

  2. Maintenance & Repairs

  • Regular maintenance every 3–5 weeks is required to ensure the System operates safely and efficiently.
  • Repairs identified within 5–11 months of use must be addressed promptly to maintain the System’s safe operation.
  • Failure to follow maintenance or repair guidance may reduce the System’s lifespan and performance, and may affect warranty or replacement eligibility.

  3. System Lifespan
  When maintained and repaired as recommended, the System is expected to operate safely for up to 3 years. Use beyond this period, or neglecting maintenance and repairs, may result in premature wear or unsafe operation.

  4. Liability & User Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for attending maintenance appointments, following repair advice, and using the System safely.
  • Sarai Hair & Wellness is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, missed maintenance, or extended use beyond the recommended safe period.
  • Replacement, repair, or refund claims will be considered only if the System has been maintained and used according to these Terms and the signed disclaimer form.

  5. Agreement
  By purchasing or using the System, users confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, in conjunction with the signed CNC consent and disclaimer form.
